The survey on the Little Meadows surveyed for his Lordship the 30th of October, 1767. Beginning at a bounded lurch(?) of Wild Cherry trees standing on the SouthEast side of the Little Meadow Branch near the mouth of a small branch that runs into said Little Meadow Branch, about one mile and a half above Braddocks Road. 2. N 60º W 640 perches
3. S 30º W 640 perches
4. Then with a straight line to the beginning

Containing and laid out for 2560 acres of land.
