By virtue of a warrant granted out of his Lordship's Land Office of this Providence to Michael Cresap of the (apo) County for three hundred and fifty-three acres of land bearing date by renewment 20th August 1760-

I therefore certify as Deputy Surveyor under his Exc. Horatio Sharpe, Esq. Governor of Maryland, that I have carefully laid out for and in the the name of him said Cresap all that tract of land called the Mountain lying in the up County, Beginning at two bounded white oaks standing on the point of a hill between the main branches of Georges Creek about four hundred perches Northward of Braddock's Road running thence

South sixty degrees West ninety perches,
South eight Degrees West eighty-four perches,
South East twenty perches,
South eighty degrees East sixty-eight perches,
South eighteen perches,
South sixty-five degrees East twenty perches,
North forty-four degrees East one hundred-fourteen perches,
North seventy-five degrees West sixty perches,
North thirty degrees West sixteen perches,
North ten degrees East thirty-eight perches,
North fifty degrees East sixteen perches,
North eighty-two degrees East twenty perches,
South seventy-five degrees East twenty perches,
North five degrees East thirty perches,
North seventy-five degrees West thirty-two perches,
North West forty perches,
then by straight line to the beginning.

Containing and now laid out for one hundred and twenty five acres of land to be held by Conococheague Manor surveyed 10 September 1760
