By virtue of a warrant granted out of his Lordship's Land Office of this province to John Tolson of Prince Georges County for four hundred acres of land bearing date November 4th(?), 1743.
I therefore certify as Deputy Surveyor of Prince Georges County, under his Ex. Thomas Bladen, Esq. Governor of Maryland, I have carefully laid out for, in the name of him the said Tolson all that tract of land lying in the said county called I Never See It beginning at a bounded White Oak, standing near the bank of the Potomack River about a mile and a half above the Upper Old Town, Two bounded White Oaks standing near it, the two bounded White Oaks stand in a tight straight line between the aforesaid beginning tree and the river
Turning thence South 18 and a half degrees East forty-six perches,
then South ten degrees East seventy-eight perches,
then South fifteen degrees West fifty-six perches,
then South twenty-five West fifty perches,
then South thirty-two degrees West one hundred and six perches,
then South fifty degrees West thirty perches,
then South eighty-five degrees West forty-six perches,
then North fifty-eight degrees West thirty-six perches,
then North seventy-five degrees West eighty-eight perches,
then North fifty perches,
then North twenty-seven degrees East two hundred and seventy perches,
then by a straight line to the beginning tree.
Containing and now laid out for four hundred acres of land to be held of Calverton Manor surveyed this 25th Day of Nov. Anno Domini 1743.
