By virtue of a warrant granted out of his Lordship's Land Office of this province unto his Excell. Thomas Bladen Esq. for three thousand acres of land bearing the date the 16th day of April Anno Domini 1745.
I therefore certify as Deputy Surveyor of Prince Georges County under his said Excell. I have carefully laid out for and in the name of the said Thomas Bladen Esq. All that tract of land lying in said County called The Dispute beginning at a bounded Hickory tree standing on the river bank about two miles below the mouth of Everts Creek at the lower end of an Indian field beginning thence...
South sixty-four degrees West thirty-two perches,
then North eighty-five degrees West forty perches,
North twenty-three degrees West one hundred and ten perches,
North seventy West forty-four perches,
West thirty-two perches,
South eighty-three degrees West one hundred and forty-four perches,
South seventy-four degrees West thirty-six perches,
South forty-three degrees West thirty-six perches,
South thirty-four degrees West sixty perches,
South fifty-six degrees East eighty perches,
South eighty-eight degrees East sixty-four perches,
North eighty-five degrees East thirty perches,
North eighty-nine degrees East three hundred and six perches,
Then by a straight line to the beginning tree
Containing and now laid out for two hundred and eight-five acres of land to be held of Calverton or Conococheague Manor. Survey this 1st day of June Anno Domini 1745
